Our client, a leading values-driven financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join their team on a short-term contract. This role sits within a supportive, customer-first marketing function and has arisen due to a gap in the team.

Role Overview
As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll be embedded within the in-house team, responsible for the hands-on delivery and optimisation of customer journeys using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys. You’ll work closely with marketing and CRM stakeholders to deliver campaigns, ensure platform best practice, and support BAU automation delivery through a period of transition. This role requires a mix of strategic insight and technical execution, with strong and recent experience on the 365 Dynamics platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimise automated customer journeys using Dynamics 365
• Manage segmentation, targeting, personalisation, and trigger-based workflows
• Conduct QA, troubleshoot issues, and refine performance
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to internal teams
• Ensure marketing automation continuity during internal team changes

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 in marketing automation and CRM campaign delivery
• Confident engaging with clients and internal stakeholders
• Must be Melbourne-based and available to work directly with clients
• Able to complete a police check and 3-hour compliance exam prior to onboarding
