StraightUp is seeking a Senior Automation Test Analyst to join us in the early stages of a large-scale digital transformation for our Government client. This is an initial 6-12 month contract position with scope for further extensions. For this position we will be providing Baseline clearance for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare testing documentation including test strategies and test plans, test conditions and cases according to our client's System Delivery methodology (SDM)
• Conduct testing across different System Readiness test phases such as Systems Test, Systems Integration Test, Stress, Volume and Performance testing (SVP), UAT
• Raise and monitor defect resolution and release
• Produce relevant testing reports and test statistics as required

Qualifications and experience:

• A tertiary qualification in IT, engineering or other relevant degree is desirable.
• Several years Automation Testing experience - use of relevant tooling
• Ability to work in an Agile (Scrum) project environment.
• Experience working on complex websites and API integrations
• Experience with CRM products such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is highly advantageous but not essential

Preferably you've had experience with some (not all), of the below tooling:

• Selenium engine with C# or Java
• Azure DevOps
• Microsoft Visual Studio
• Playwright
• ReadyAPI
