📣 Digital Marketing Specialists (EL1 & APS6) - 12 Month Contract

💰 Pay Rate: APS6 : - $60.26 hourly + Super
EL 1 : $602.55 daily + Super
🕒 Contract Duration: 12 Months

A federal government client is currently hiring for two exciting Digital Marketing roles (EL1 & APS6) based in Geelong. These roles are instrumental in crafting and delivering clear, accessible, and timely digital communications-primarily via email and SMS-to diverse audiences.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-profile digital marketing campaigns
• Optimise and improve digital marketing products, focusing on accessibility
• Conduct evaluations and support continuous improvements
• Coordinate marketing communications across multiple channels
• Improve internal processes, practices, and governance

📌 EL1 Specifics:

• Lead newsletter optimisation and targeted campaign projects
• Expand and manage email relationships
• Oversee procurement and supplier contracts
• Coach team members and build digital marketing capability
• Conduct performance appraisals and contribute to team development

📌 APS6 Specifics:

• Support campaign delivery and newsletter planning
• Contribute to improving digital marketing tools and templates
• Assist in expanding team service offerings
• Demonstrate peer and upward leadership, even without direct reports

🧠 Skills & Knowledge:

• Expertise in email marketing and campaign strategy
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Understanding of digital accessibility and segmentation best practices

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related fields (preferred)
• EL1: 10+ years' experience in digital/email marketing, including complex segmentation
• APS6: 5+ years' experience in targeted email campaigns and digital communications
