About the Role
This is more than a supervisory role — it's a chance to shape the future of our Swim School and make a real difference to the lives of children, families, and our team.
- Lead and mentor swim instructors to deliver safe, consistent, and high-quality lessons
- Oversee deck supervision and customer experience, ensuring our programs feel welcoming and professional
- Coordinate staff training, onboarding, and performance feedback, helping every team member shine
- Support program development and scheduling to meet community needs and maximise pool usage
- Help drive promotional activities that grow enrolments and connect us with our vibrant local community
- Ensure our team stays aligned with safety, compliance, and quality standards
About You
You're someone who lights up when helping others succeed — whether that's a child taking their first strokes or a new instructor finding their confidence.
- You’re a qualified swim instructor (Swim Australia/RLSSWA/Austswim) with current First Aid and CPR
- You love leading from the front and giving real-time, constructive feedback
- You’re passionate about creating inclusive learning environments for all ages and backgrounds
- You bring strong communication skills, a calm presence under pressure, and a proactive attitude
- Strong experience supervising swim programs
- You have the flexibility to work shifts over a Monday to Sunday period
