Service Technician – NSW (Security License & Nurse Call Experience Required)

What You’ll Be Doing

Attending service calls and small installations across NSW

Supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting nurse call systems, CCTV, access control, and other low-voltage security systems

Managing your time on the road and on-site with confidence and professionalism

Delivering service that aligns with RTM Group’s SLA and compliance expectations

Collaborating with the broader tech and projects team

You’ll Need

Minimum 4+ years' experience in nurse call and security systems

Current NSW Security License (mandatory)

Formal training and hands-on experience in nurse call systems (required)

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability

Professional approach and clear communication with clients

A valid driver’s license

Willingness to travel regionally as required
