This business has been a market leader in the Canberra region, providing innovative, intelligent fitted joinery solutions to both the commercial and residential sectors. 4Site has an enviable reputation and a portfolio of work that includes detailed commercial fitouts to the region's most iconic buildings, schools, hospitals and multi story developments. We are currently seeking applicants from suitably qualified people for several positions in our manufacturing facility and on sites across Canberra. These include:

***Cabinet Makers and Apprentice Cabinet Makers***

Key areas of responsibility

Operation of tools, plant and equipment relevant to the manufacture of commercial high rise joinery and detailed items for high end fitout projects

Apply trade skills and experience to manufacture detailed joinery items and architectural elements for high end fitout projects

Apply trade skills to install and commission detailed joinery items on site

Interpret shop drawings and collaborate with design team and site representation

Engage with team leaders to understand production targets

Follow 4Site manufacturing practices to achieve production goals

Problem solve and communicate with production and site teams

Lead apprentices and provide mentorship

Have a professional attitude and a sound work ethic

Qualifications and Experience

Cabinet Makers - Trade qualified Cabinet Makers with requisite knowledge and experience with the manufacturing and installation of detailed joinery

Apprentices - an interest in Cabinet Making, a willingness to learn and a commitment to completing a 4 year apprenticeship

***CNC Operators and Trade Assistants***

Key Area of Responsibility

Safe operation of CNC flat bed routers and edge banding equipment.

Follow manufacturing procedures to support the efficient flow of machined materials to the next process

Perform operational maintenance and housekeeping

Assist with production process as required

Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge and experience in the Cabinet Making/Joinery industry

Experience operating CNC equipment for joinery manufacture

Experience manufacturing joinery
