Your new role

This is a senior position in a high-performing site team that requires experience and composure to ensure strong continuity and long-term project success. The usual Site Manager requirements are listed below, but the right person for this role will be someone whose commitment to project success is evident in every conversation and every piece of stakeholder engagement. They will lead with experience and integrity supporting a site culture that is solutions-focused and result-oriented.

• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure timely project delivery.
  
• Engage daily with stakeholders to uphold communication and project continuity.
  
• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
  
• Manage site teams, trades, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations.
  
• Drive construction schedules and quality control.
  
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and consultants.
  
• Lead a strong culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
  

What you'll need to succeed

Your success in this role will come from your ability to communicate and coordinate. This site has an excellent team and is looking for a Site Manager that will lead with confidence and composure. You will delegate effectively and lead by example as necessary. You will have a track record of success delivering Highrise $50M or above. Your commitment to safety on site will be obvious to see and supported by an excellent HSEQ professional onsite.
