The Role

Due to growth and expansion, an opportunity currently exists for a fulltime permanent Workshop Controller to oversee a team of skilled technicians within their state-of-the-art service and repair facility located in Western Sydney in the Parramatta area. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, motivated and proactive leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and has a passion for driving operational excellence and making a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations and workflow across service, warranty, and insurance repairs
• Drive team meetings and performance aligned with KPIs
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes
• Support scheduling and ensure timely, accurate information flow
• Champion customer satisfaction through efficient scheduling and service delivery

What You'll Bring

• Prior hands on supervisory experience in RV, caravan or motor vehicle service operations
• Relevant Trade background (Highly regarded)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A proactive solutions orientated mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Excellent communication, motivation and leadership abilities
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office proficiency)
