The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Service Technician to join a high-performing workshop team. This full-time permanent position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a high-end range of recreational vehicles and contribute to delivering top-tier service to ensure customer satisfaction.

You’ll work across a variety of systems including:

• Mechanical: Engine, transmission, brake systems
• Electrical: Wiring, lighting, battery systems
• Plumbing: Water systems, toilets, showers
• Appliances: Fridges, stoves, air conditioning, entertainment units

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Maintain and service RV appliances and amenities
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders eg. Service Advisor / Workshop Controller regarding repairs and estimates
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and manufacturer updates

Person we seek will have:

• A trade background and Qualifications in a related area such as: Recreational Vehicles, Vehicle Building, Auto Mechanical, Auto Electrical, Plumbing or Cabinetmaking,
• Previous experience in RV servicing or repair (Preferred but not essential)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Proactive, collaborative and reliable work ethic
