What You’ll Do

As our Workshop Controller, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the service department. You will:

Coordinate and allocate jobs to technicians, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.

Monitor and manage workflows, keeping repairs on track and customers satisfied.

Provide technical guidance, leveraging your mechanical expertise to troubleshoot and solve challenges.

Drive efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements.

Act as a liaison between the workshop, service advisors, and management to ensure seamless communication.

Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

Proven organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Experience in a multi-franchise dealership or extensive knowledge of multiple automotive brands.

Strong mechanical knowledge, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
