About the role:

• Run a busy litigation practice focused on administrative and government matters
• Prepare advice on prospects, develop litigation strategies, and draft court documents
• Represent Commonwealth clients in the Federal Courts and AAT
• Gain exposure to high-profile cases and national-level collaboration

The ideal candidate:

• Litigation lawyer with 1-3 PQE, any prior experience in government or migration matters will be highly regarded
• Interested in building your expertise in public law within private practice
• Exceptional communication skills and high attention to detail.
