The Role

As Venue Manager, you'll bring a genuine passion for hospitality and proven experience in managing medium to large-scale venues, ideally with a European or Mediterranean influence. Your strong industry background, deep product knowledge, and commitment to exceptional customer service will elevate the guest experience. You'll oversee daily operations and special events while working closely with the Head Chef and Executive Leadership Team to deliver memorable dining moments that keep the local community coming back.

Your skill set will show as you will be required to be involved with the following:

- Hiring and Training new staff, leading and managing the team daily

- Managing budgets and meeting sales targets through maximizing booking and dining spaces

- Day-to-day operation including opening/closing of the venue, adhering to WHS and Licensing

- Involved in the continued growth of the venue by working with the Executive Leadership team on marketing & promotions

- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction, using loyalty programs and initiatives

Skills and Experience

You will be required to bring the following skills and attributes to the table:

- Relevant Qualifications in Hospitality including RSA / RMLV / Approved Manager

- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in running Restaurants of similar nature

- Experience in Modern Dining specializing in Wine service and excellent product knowledge

- Able to use and manage P.O.S / Rostering Programs and have good administration skills

- Dynamic & positive energy, a hands-on leader and operator
