Automall West Indooroopilly are currently seeking a general accountant with at least 3 years of experience for a full-time role. Now is the PERFECT time continue that CAREER in the automotive industry!

This role can open doors to literally dozens of different roles in the automotive space and with full training provided, you’ll have the world at your feet! The person we are looking for must be able to confidently and efficiently:

What the role entails:

Assist with or independently formulate budgeting and accounting processes across several business departments

Prepare and maintain financial statements for use by stakeholders within our business and by our parent company

Conduct financial investigations, prepare reports, undertake audits and advise on all areas of business related to taxation, finance and asset management

Prepare taxation returns

Work with our sales department to advise on fleet and business purchases

Liaise with external financial institutions and brokerages

Manage establish accounting systems and advise on improvements whilst maintaining internal control systems

Manage internal control systems

The successful applicant will possess:

Previous sales experience in any industry

Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to meet KPI’s and targets

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Have a valid driver’s license

A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing challenge!

In return we offer an inspiring and exciting role with Australia’s largest automotive dealer group. Base salary will be between $75,000 and $90,000 per year depending on experience.
