About the role:
We are looking for a motivated, client centric, outcome focussed Senior Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team and be instrumental in the growth and support of our OT's
This role will have an extensive focus on professional development and career mapping.
We would like you to be well versed in completing functional assessments and tailoring best practice interventions
We are looking for highly motivated OT that thrives on working independently, has the drive to help and grow a team
You will be a leader in your field when it comes to providing a client centric and evidence based service
You will be able to assist with building on the training resources that already exist within the business
The role will require you to lead and mentor staff across multiple areas of practice
You will provide pivotal input for the development business processes for future occupational therapists and allied health professionals
Requirements:
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience as an OT
AHPRA registration
NDIS experience and understanding is preferrable but not essential
A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential
A high level of written and verbal communication skills
Current driver's licence and registered vehicle
