About the role

Railway Operators and Maintainers PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Track Machine Operator to join our team in the Pilbara Region, WA. This full-time role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of track maintenance equipment to support the ongoing upkeep of our clients rail infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

Operate advanced rail resurfacing equipment in accordance with safety standards

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment

Identify and report any issues or defects with the machinery or the track itself

Respond promptly to breakdowns and support urgent repair work

Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

Actively engage in on-the-job learning to build resurfacing specific expertise

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Track Machine Operator

Strong knowledge of track maintenance equipment and procedures

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Full C Class Driving License or higher with no restrictions (HR License preferred but not essential)
