RewardPay, founded in 2016 is a rapidly growing Australian fintech which rewards business owners for paying their suppliers via RewardPay’s proprietary SaaS platform. RewardPay operates across Australia and New Zealand and facilitates over 100,000 transactions pa to a range of business suppliers.

As RewardPay continues to grow and evolve there is now a requirement for a skilled Manager - Customer Success to join the RewardPay family.
Role Description
As our new Manager - Customer Success, you'll own the entire customer success journey — from onboarding and adoption to ongoing use of the RewardPay platform. You’ll be the voice of the customer, the builder of scalable processes, and the leader of an incredible team that’s obsessed with delivering value. Your north star? Helping our customers thrive.
Responsibilities
Designing and executing a customer success strategy that aligns with growth goals
Building, leading, and mentoring a high-impact CS team
Owning the customer service function and developing clear and concise training documentation for your team.
Getting hands-on with key accounts to ensure they’re getting maximum value
Creating processes and playbooks that scale as we grow
Partnering with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience
Partnering with Product and Marketing to dig into data to monitor customer health, churn risks, and upsell opportunities
Being a constant advocate for the customer across the company
Requirements
7+ years in customer success, ideally with experience building a customer success function
Experience at a fast-paced startup or scaling tech company
3+ years leading a CS team with strong coaching and management skills
Be able to be in the trenches with you team when needed
You know your way around customer management tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar
You think strategically, act proactively, and thrive in ambiguity
You’re customer-obsessed, data-savvy, and love building from 0 → 1
A strong communicator who can work cross-functionally and influence outcomes
Bonus: experience working with B2B SaaS products or subscription-based models
