We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic and growing operation. We are a leader in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry with a service first mentality. With over 200 staff based throughout the Philippines, it’s essential that you have experience managing and servicing the client requirements of offshore teams.

In this role, you’ll be responsible ensuring service quality delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the customer service team

Monitor KPIs, SLA performance, and overall team productivity

Handle escalations, quality assurance, and process compliance

Improve customer service experience, create both engaged customers and employees; facilitate organic growth

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years’ experience as a customer service manager or similar position. With another BPO is a bonus.

Strong understanding of BPO metrics, workflows, and customer-first principles

Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to speak Filipino is a bonus.
