Why Join Us?
Teamwork That Feels Like Family
You won’t be going it alone. Work alongside a welcoming team of occupational therapists, educator, and dietitian, where shared learning, group work, and mentorship are woven into the everyday. We lean on each other, celebrate wins together, and navigate challenges side-by-side.
Shape Your Caseload, Shape Your Career
Whether you’re passionate about early intervention, love working with neurodivergent children, or want to co-lead group programs, we’ll support you to build a caseload around your strengths and interests. This includes individual, joint, and group sessions.
Real Flexibility
Design a schedule that works for your life — choose your own hours and days, Monday to Friday. You can work from the clinic or deliver therapy where it matters most: in homes, schools, kinders, and community settings.
Support That Lifts You Up
Regular paid supervision to help you grow with confidence
Ongoing internal and external professional development aligned with your interests
Option to purchase up to four additional weeks of annual leave
Laptop and phone provided for all clinical staff
Your Role
Deliver meaningful, evidence-based therapy to children and families
Collaborate with caregivers and team members to provide holistic care
Design and implement customised therapy plans
Monitor progress, celebrate achievements, and adjust interventions as needed
Participate in joint sessions and team planning for shared clients
What You’ll Bring
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
Current registration with AHPRA (for OTs) or SPA membership (for SPs)
A warm, collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
A valid driver’s licence, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and access to a vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided)
