Join a purpose-driven team shaping the future of healthcare through the Doctor of Medicine (MD) Program. In this dynamic role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the provision of high-quality teaching activities, coordinating placement experiences, and supporting assessment delivery across a diverse range of medical disciplines.

Working closely with a dedicated clinical unit team, you'll contribute to the next generation of doctors while helping drive Regional Training Hub initiatives that strengthen healthcare partnerships in regional communities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Advance Regional Partnerships: Support collaboration with stakeholders to strengthen the Medical Pathway across the Darling Downs and Southwest.
  • Foster Clinical Engagement: Maintain effective liaison with academic clinicians, hospitals, GP practices, and external service providers.
  • Support Outreach & Training Initiatives: Assist with student recruitment, outreach activities, and Regional Training Hub events.

About You
  • Relevant experience within this area OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
  • Demonstrated commitment to and enthusiasm for the provision of excellent client service.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply a range of rules, policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to demonstrate initiative and good judgement.
  • Experience in and a commitment to living and working in rural and/or regional Australia.

The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including right to work in Australia, criminal check.
