We’re seeking a reliable and organised Dental Laboratory Coordinator to support the daily operations of our lab. This role suits someone looking for flexible, school-friendly hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate case intake, scheduling, and dispatch

Communicate with dental clinics regarding case updates and timelines

Assist with basic admin duties including invoicing and data entry

Maintain digital records and help manage workflow systems

Support lab technicians with case preparation and tracking

About You:

Strong communication and organisational skills

Comfortable with digital systems (e.g. Excel, dental lab software)

Previous dental, admin, or health sector experience is a plus

Able to work independently and adapt in a growing team
