🛠 About the Role

This is a full-time, factory-based role in Queanbeyan, working Monday to Friday (6 AM – 3:30 PM). You’ll be hands-on in the production of our modular buildings, using your carpentry skills to bring precision and quality to each project. We’re looking for people who can hit the ground running and contribute from day one.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Work on the construction of modular buildings from frame to finish

Use general construction tools confidently and safely

Interpret building plans and contribute to on-time project completion

Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness

Work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Manage your own tools and equipment on-site

🙌 What We’re Looking For

Qualified carpenter or extensive proven experience in carpentry

Able to work unsupervised with strong problem-solving skills

Dedicated to quality, reliability, and meeting deadlines

Strong team player with a great attitude

Must have own tools

Australian residents only – no overseas applicants

💰 What We Offer

$43–$45 per hour, based on experience

Full-time role – Monday to Friday (45 hours/week)

Guaranteed weekly income

Superannuation + full leave entitlements

Paid 15-minute morning break + 30-minute lunch break
