The Coreserve Helpdesk is looking for a trainee to support the Helpdesk team.

You will learn to use our operating system, Simpro.

You will be trained to:

Answer calls

Assist with account coordination

Raise and log service-related jobs in Simpro

Raise work orders and send to respective sub-contractors

Raise and follow up quotes

Assist with general queries

Support the service team with scheduling and technician support

The suitable candidate will have an outgoing personality, be great on the phone and enjoy speaking to people. You will need to have good basic computer skills and be very organized in your approach to work.
