Key Responsibilities:

Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees in compliance with relevant legislation

Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and leave

Calculate and manage deductions, allowances, and superannuation contributions

Ensure payroll tax and reporting obligations are met and prepare necessary documentation

Liaise with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies or issues

Respond to employee payroll inquiries promptly and professionally

Assist with payroll audits and year-end processes such as PAYG summaries

Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and industry best practices
