About the Role
Reporting into a supportive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing within a complex environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process end-to-end payroll across a medium volume environment
* Manage leave entitlements including Long Service Leave, parental and maternity leave
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of superannuation and taxation
* Interpret complex EBAs and Awards
* Handle terminations and redundancies with accuracy and compliance
* Respond to payroll queries and manage the payroll inbox
* Provide clear and professional communication with internal stakeholders
* Support ongoing improvements and process efficiencies

Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated experience in full-function payroll within a complex organisation
* Exposure to Synergetic is highly desirable
* Strong understanding of payroll legislation, EBAs, and Awards
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Proactive mindset with a drive for process improvement
