Role Responsibilities

Support brokers in preparing and lodging loan applications

Liaise with lenders, solicitors, clients, and third parties to ensure deals progress smoothly

Assist clients with document collection and follow-ups

Manage application updates and provide regular progress reports

Attend client meetings for signing documents and assist with compliance tasks

Handle inbox and diary management, general admin, and day-to-day team support

About You

A recent university graduate or early-career professional with a keen interest in mortgage broking

Experience in professional services or administrative roles will be highly regarded

A clear communicator with a client-first attitude

Detail-oriented and highly organised

Eager to learn and committed to professional growth

Able to manage your time well and work independently when needed
