About the role

Join the team at Oxford Shop' as a Full Time Retail Assistant in our A grade Hobart, Tasmania store. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and helping to deliver outstanding shopping experiences for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their product selections and queries

Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards

Restocking and replenishing shelves to ensure product availability

Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately

Assisting with inventory management and stock control

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately

A team player attitude with the ability to work collaboratively

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
