Role Overview
As a Vehicle Buyer at Carbuyers, your primary responsibility will be to professionally engage
with leads through an in-house built CRM, and setup vehicle inspections to purchase cars off
customers.
You will be an essential part of our dynamic team, working in a fast-paced environment
where your goal is to secure the best deals for the company while providing exceptional
customer service to grow the brand.
This role is perfect for someone who is motivated, persuasive, and professional, and is
hungry to develop their sales craft in one of the most dynamic industries in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead Engagement: Contact leads provided by our marketing and sales team to assess
their interest in selling their vehicle.
 Customer Interaction: Build rapport with potential sellers, understand their needs,
and provide them with the best possible offer for their vehicle.
 Vehicle Assessment: Gather necessary information about the vehicle, including
make, model, year, condition, and mileage, to determine an accurate valuation.
 Documentation: Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed
accurately and in a timely manner.
 Collaboration: Work closely with the pricing and logistics teams to ensure seamless
vehicle acquisition and delivery processes.

Skills / Qualifications:
 Strong communication skills and a good manner

 Ability to build and maintain relationships with customer
 High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
 Experience in sales is preferable
 Experience in and knowledge of the automotive industry (vehicle makes, models,
and market trends) is a plus
 Tertiary qualifications are a plus
