About the role:

• Work with an Award-winning, Doyle’s Guide recognised Partner.
• Advise high-profile clients, with exposure to many ASX-listed companies.
• Work on a top tier Corporate & Commercial matters, with a focus on M&A, commercial contracts, corporate restructures and capital raisings.
• Drafting and negotiating documents, such as sales & purchases agreements and disclosure materials.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer with 5+ PQE, coming out of a reputable Corporate & Commercial practice.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Commercially minded, and confident in front of clients, capable of building trusted relationships
• Exceptional time management & organisational skills, in order to manage competing deadlines.
