Are you an experienced litigation lawyer looking for a role where you’ll be supported and mentored by an accredited commercial litigation specialist and be truly valued in a collaborative and high-performing team?

ASSEMBLE has been engaged exclusively to recruit a Senior Litigation Lawyer for a standout specialist commercial litigation and disputes firm with a growing presence across the East Coast.

This role can be based at either their head office at Burleigh Heads or in Brisbane. Open to either Full-time or Part-time capacity.

I have had the privilege of partnering with the principal of this firm from when they were a start up five years ago to now having an epic team of 26 across three office locations in Brisbane, Gold Coast & Melbourne. The owner has invested heavily in their systems and their team to create an environment for litigators to thrive and to scale sustainably.

Our client is not your typical law firm. The team operates with a modern, agile, and collaborative approach to litigation. You'll work alongside an exceptional leadership team, be backed by strong systems and support, and be part of a firm that promotes based on merit, not tenure. You will also have director mentorship from their principal who is an accredited commercial litigation specialist and from their partners & special counsel.

This role is ideal for an Associate or Senior Associate with solid experience in commercial litigation and disputes. You’ll enjoy client engagement, thinking strategically, and working in a team that backs each other.
