About the Role:
As a Speech Pathologist in the Child and Family Team, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based therapy to children and young people with disabilities. Your role will involve providing therapy in home, school, and community settings, supporting NDIS participants to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
Deliver therapy services in home, school, and community settings.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support client outcomes.
Provide education and training to families and caregivers.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with NDIS requirements.
Essential Criteria:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
Current Speech Pathology Australia membership.
Experience working with children and young people with disabilities.
Knowledge of NDIS processes and documentation requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
