How you will make contributions that matter

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at the Allansford site. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity to build your leadership skills and technical expertise in a supportive environment—with a clear pathway to potentially step into the Quality Assurance Manager role.

Lead and motivate personnel site-wide in food safety culture, quality framework compliance and industry best practices.

Oversee quality control processes and assure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.

Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, using detailed root cause analysis. Support implementation of corrective and preventative actions.

Support in external regulatory and customer audits, and implementation of relevant corrective actions.

Contribute to Vendor Assurance program through key roles in vendor and material risk assessment and supplier non-conformances.

Leading role in review and maintenance of HACCP plans, SOPs, sampling protocols, CCPs, and QCPs.

Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Foster strong cross-functional relationships to support quality initiatives across the site.

About you

Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related field.

Experience in the dairy industry, ideally with exposure to infant product categories.

Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.

Leadership experience with the ability to engage and motivate teams.

Excellent communication and report writing skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
