Sales Support Role & Office Allrounder

Located in Condell Park, we design, manufacture and supply a range of specialised commercial furniture solutions to clubs, pubs, restaurants, hotels, schools, councils and more.

Nufurn is looking for a sales support all-rounder to join our team. This role is best described as:

“A Sales Support Specialist is a professional who provides assistance and support to the sales team by responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales-related databases. They play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction”

In this Sales Support role your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Respond to initial customer enquiries
• Assist Sales Team with quotations, ordering and invoicing
• Assist the sales, marketing and operations managers with adhoc activities
• Liaise with customers on order progress and delivery schedule.
• Other general administrative duties as required such as filing, post etc.

Full time, Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
