We’re working with a leading, boutique real estate agency based in Sydney’s inner city, known for their strong presence in the local prestige market and a modern, service-first approach to property management.

Due to ongoing growth, they are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to step into a well-supported, Monday to Friday role, managing a clean and well-run portfolio of approximately 100-110 residential properties.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on property management position with a clear focus: delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants. You’ll have dedicated administrative, leasing, and accounts support, allowing you to focus on the operational and relationship side of your portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing repairs and maintenance

Managing rent arrears and conducting rental reviews

Conducting routine, entry, and exit inspections

Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships

Attending NCAT/tribunal when necessary

What You’ll Need:

Minimum of 12 months experience in residential property management

Experience with PropertyMe or Property Tree

A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

A reliable car and valid driver’s licence

Strong attention to detail, initiative, and great communication skills
