The Role:
Manage a clean portfolio of 300 properties with the support of a Leasing Consultant, Administrator, and Accounts team. This is a Monday–Friday role with no weekend or accounts work.
Key Duties:

• Manage landlord/tenant relationships
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and arrears
• Conduct inspections, lease reviews & bond claims
• Lead and support junior staff

About You:

• Current Certificate of Registration & driver’s licence
• Property Management experience
• Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
