We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Busselton office. In this role, you'll manage a diverse client portfolio, mentor team members, and play a key part in the continued growth of our firm.

What you bring:
✔ At least five years' experience as a Senior Accountant in public practice
✔ Solid understanding of Australian taxation
✔ CA or CPA qualified (or working towards it)
✔ Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
✔ Experience with Xero Practice Manager (highly regarded)

In this role, you will:
• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
• Manage a varied portfolio across tax and advisory engagements
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Collaborate with management to drive business development
• Consistently deliver high-quality service and outcomes
