About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. This hands-on role is vital to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines and supporting overall warehouse and manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with the day-to-day operations of the production floor

· Operate machinery and equipment (training provided)

· Accurately measure, weigh, and mix raw materials

· Label, pack, and prepare finished products for dispatch

· Monitor product quality and report any inconsistencies

· Clean and maintain production areas in line with safety and hygiene standards

· Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to WHS regulations

· Support inventory control and stock movement

· Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as required

What We’re Looking For:

· Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred but not essential

· A fresh graduate in science/engineering or fresh TAFE educated person can also apply.

· A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

· Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

· Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving products
