About the role

Hyatt Hotel Canberra is seeking a skilled Pastry Commis Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As a part-time role, you will play a vital part in creating delectable desserts and baked goods that delight our guests.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the Pastry Chef in the preparation and presentation of a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the pastry kitchen

Ensuring all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed

Working collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests

Continuously learning and developing your pastry skills
