About the Role

WorkPac is currently seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist to join our client based in Carrara, QLD.

About the Client

Our client is a leading integrated services provider, delivering industrial and facilities management solutions across diverse sectors including utilities, transport, and government infrastructure. They are known for their strong focus on safety, service excellence, and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails, including sorting, distributing, and coordinating daily airbags locally and interstate

Operate and maintain office equipment and manage landline communications efficiently

Skills and Experience Required:

Previous experience in a customer service or reception role is desirable

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

Current and valid Australian Driver’s Licence
