About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Membership and Ticketing Manager to lead the end-to-end service, delivery and growth of our membership and ticketing programs.
Reporting to the General Manager – Commercial, Fan Growth and Data, this is a key role in ensuring commercial success by overseeing membership sales and renewals, product fulfilment, internal and external ticket allocations, ticket builds, and stakeholder management. You will play a central role in delivering an exceptional experience for our members and fans.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the systems, processes, and execution behind one of the league’s most passionate supporter bases.
Key Responsibilities
- Membership Program Management - Lead annual membership renewals and acquisition campaigns to ensure year-on-year growth and low churn, oversee end-to-end membership fulfilment and manage member communications.
- Ticketing Strategy and Operations - Lead the full ticket build process in collaboration with venues and ticketing providers.
- Stakeholder Management - Be the key contact for Ticketmaster, Ticketek, venue operators, NBL ticketing and internal stakeholders.
- Reporting, Administration and Compliance - Track and report on key metrics providing insights to senior leadership and the board.
About You
- 2–3+ years’ experience in membership, ticketing or events management (sports or entertainment preferred)
- Strong understanding of systems such as Ticketmaster, Ticketek, or similar CRM platforms
- Highly organised and process-driven, with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, event-based environments with non-standard hours
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially minded
