💼 The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of dispute cases, reviewing insurance decisions, correcting errors, and drafting final determination letters. You’ll liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve complaints in line with policy and regulation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Liaise with stakeholders and negotiate fair outcomes

Stay ahead of strict regulatory timelines

• Investigate and review disputed claims and insurance policies
• Draft formal decision letters for policyholders
• Correct assessment errors and identify resolution pathways
• Mediation

🚀 What You Bring

3+ years’ experience in general insurance claims, dispute resolution, banking, superannuation, or life insurance

Previous exposure to AFCA and regulatory case management

Legal or mediation background (highly regarded)

Strong communication – written and verbal – especially under pressure

Confident navigating complaint and claim systems

Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a cool head when things get tough
