Our client is a global manufacturing organisation which create tailored solutions for their target market. They are leading in their field and endorse a fun and collaborative culture with a gorgeous office in the heart of the CBD.
About the Role
Within a wider team of 8, you will own a set of Australian based B2B customers and provide high level solutions and support across order management, outbound logistics, post-sales support and financial management throughout the supply chain process.
Due to an urgent need this role is a temporary contract starting ASAP, for a minimum of 6 months with potential to extend.
They operate Monday-Friday, with a hybrid model of 2 days from home per week, once trained.
Duties
Reporting to the Customer Support Lead, some of your duties will include:
- Foster direct key account relationships and personalize their experience throughout with various touchpoints along their customer experience journey
- Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email - confidence in handling multiple communication lines is crucial
- Liaise with our warehouses and transport companies to ensure quality and timely deliveries of orders
- Key decision making and problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction but in line with budgets and timelines
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate you must have:
- Previous experience in a similar end to end Customer Service and Administration role - 2 years minimum
- Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain or B2B customer service role - desirable
- Intermediate MS Excel skills and a numerical mindset
- Be immediately available to start!
