We’re on the hunt for a Customer Experience (CX) Superstar to be the first point of contact for our amazing clients—and the friendly voice they remember.
In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you’ll handle all sorts of client enquiries (phone, email, chat—you name it), help with loan-related updates, support post-settlement processes, and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
If you’ve got a knack for solving problems, love a good chat, and thrive in a place where no two days are the same, you’re in the right place.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Answering client enquiries with clarity, care, and confidence
Helping internal teams (sales, ops—you’re everyone’s go-to)
Managing post-settlement tasks like loan discharges and maintenance
Assisting clients with online banking and app support
Handling contract updates, documents, and third-party coordination
Spotting issues before they escalate—and knowing when to flag them
Juggling tasks like a pro while keeping that CX smile
What You’ll Bring:
1+ years in customer service (banking or finance = major bonus)
Great communication and people skills—written and verbal
Super organised, detail-obsessed, and a multitasking wizard
Curious, adaptable, and ready to learn
Comfortable flying solo but love being part of a team
Tech-savvy and familiar with Excel & Word
Tertiary qualifications? Great—but not essential
