We’re a single adviser wealth advisory business based in Pagewood with a focus on North Shore and Eastern Suburbs clientele.

We specialise in comprehensive retirement, investment strategies and life insurance solutions.

You’ll work closely with our Adviser in a rapidly growing business.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Client Service Manager with at least 3 years of experience working in a financial advisory firm —someone who is proactive, a problem solver with strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.

You’ll be central to business operations, managing the full lifecycle of client experiences — from onboarding to ongoing support and compliance. You will be working directly with the adviser on all facets of advice from the initial client contact through to annual reviews.

This role offers is a hybrid role with flexible work arrangements after the successful completion of the probation period.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with our adviser to ensure seamless client outcomes

Support the adviser in managing client relationships and overseeing the end-to-end implementation of advice

Maintaining compliant and up-to-date client records, including file notes and meeting action items

Managing communications with clients and external stakeholders, such as accountants and lawyers

Preparing advice documentation and regulatory form's including investment research, and renewal notices

Coordinating meetings and overseeing proactive diary management for advisers

Managing fund transfers, applications, redemptions and associated investment administration tasks

Managing life insurance applications, implementation and modifications

Creating product comparisons on Risk researcher and Wealthsolver to support the external paraplanners advice creation.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 3 years of experience as CSM working in a financial advisory firm

Strong understanding of advice implementation processes and platforms (Xplan, Microsoft, investment and insurance platforms)

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — you spot problems before they arise

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail

Well organised, responsive and able to manage competing priorities

Familiarity with life insurance applications, implementation and amendments

A natural collaborator who values being part of a close-knit team

Relevant qualifications in financial services, business, or client management are highly regarded.

The ability to create simple hold compliance documents via Xplan (Hold ROA’s/Execution-only documents) for existing clients is highly regarded.
