We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead steel installation works across varied job sites. If you’ve got a strong trade background, experience running the show on-site, and you're not afraid of night shifts or weekend work (with $$ loadings), this one’s for you.

This position can be either permanent, full-time or casual with real room to grow—and high earning potential for someone who’s driven, reliable, and knows how to get things done.

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for candidates who:

Bring hands-on site supervision experience in construction (steel preferred)

Have a trade background – carpenter, rigger, boilermaker, etc.

Hold a valid RIW ticket (essential)

Hold Rigging, Hiab or Mobile Crane Tickets (advantageous)

Have a manual driver’s licence

Are comfortable with day, night, and weekend work

Can read and interpret plans and manage scope of works

Lead from the front with strong communication, flexibility, and discipline

Take pride in safety, quality, and getting results
