Key Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for a passionate junior finance officer to join our friendly team in Brisbane, with immediate start working 40 hours Monday to Friday. As part of our business objective to continuously improve, time will be provided to work on improving the productivity and performance of all key responsibilities listed below.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

· Responsible for filing and archiving.

· Processing general ledger journal entries.

· Accounts Payable & Receivable

· Reconciliation of supplier statements

· General administration, filing, documentation utilizing MS word and excel

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Accounting or similar desirable

1 year of Accounting experience preferred but not a must

High level of attention to details

Quick and accurate data entry skills

Experience in MS Office and accounting s/w (ERP - Pronto experience preferred)

Ability to liaise at all levels within the organization

Sound communication skills
