The opportunity exists now for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join the friendly, modern & growing team!

We have been servicing the local community for the last 15+ years focusing on Double Bay & the surrounding areas of high - end NSW Real Estate.

This role has come about due to substantial growth in the office & will be managing a portfolio of circa 160 properties along the eastern suburbs of Sydney.

You will have leasing, admin, accounts and excellent support, with a well structured PM team, with no weekend work!

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Management of a portfolio circa 160 properties | Eastern Suburbs
- Handle email and phone enquiries
- Deal with maintenance requests for the portfolio, admin, compliance
- Other administrative duties, with admin & leasing consultants for support
- Managing both tenants & landlords (end - end management)
- Routine inspections
- Leasing support

- Salary $115,000 - $125,000 + Commissions

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Real Estate Certificate to work as a Property Manager
- Property Management Experience (ideally on a similar, high end portfolio)
- Well presented and spoken skills
