About the Role
Working with children aged 3–12 in a school setting, you will lead the coordination and delivery of both Afterschool Care and Holiday Programs. You'll manage daily operations, create nature-inspired learning opportunities, and work closely with a passionate team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children.

You are a well-presented, reliable, and compassionate Educator with a genuine love for working with children. Key Responsibilities
Manage bookings and staff rosters
Communicate effectively with families and staff
Design and deliver weekly programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework
Plan and implement Holiday Programs aligned with the school calendar
Order and manage educational resources
Conduct and maintain risk assessments for all activities
Maintain health and allergy information and medication records
Prepare learning environments to be ready before and after term breaks

Essential Criteria
Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma & CPR certification
Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Experience working with children aged 3–12
Passion for outdoor learning, gardening, and nature-based education
Understanding or experience in nature-based pedagogy is highly regarded
