Do you have a strategic mindset, strong risk awareness, and a passion for creating quality systems that deliver lasting results?

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Risk Advisor to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive risk management framework that spans strategic, operational, and service delivery areas. The ideal candidate will bring a genuine passion for risk management, with the ability to identify both potential threats and emerging opportunities that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Reporting directly to the Compliance, Safety & Risk Manager, you’ll work closely with leaders and teams across Intereach to embed a culture of risk awareness, assess, mitigate and manage risk effectively – ensuring proactive risk management and support continuous improvement initiatives. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and build collaborative relationships will be key to success in this role.

A Tertiary qualification in Risk Management, Auditing, Business Management, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the NDIS or Healthcare or Aged Care sector, is essential.

The role can be based at any Intereach office and requires regular in-office presence and the willingness to travel as required.

​Salary: This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award as a Level 5 with an annual salary starting at $97,377.28 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging options.​
