We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care and supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.

About the Role

Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks

Supporting community access and participation

Encouraging independence and choice

Implementing individual support plans

Building strong, respectful relationships with clients

Requirements

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

Working With Children Check

First Aid and CPR Certification

Valid Driver’s Licence (preferred)

COVID-19 Vaccination (as per current guidelines)
