As Head of Retail, you will take full ownership of launching and leading a national store rollout, overseeing strategy, operations, recruitment, and performance across a multi-brand retail network.
This is a hands-on, commercially driven role suited to someone who thrives on building from the ground up - leading a team, driving results, and delivering an exceptional customer experience at scale.

Key Focus Areas
1. National Rollout Leadership
* Drive the setup and opening of a national network of retail stores
* Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing store leadership teams
* Establish systems, operational frameworks, and retail rhythms to ensure long-term success
2. Commercial Performance
* Own and deliver revenue and profitability targets across the network
* Monitor key performance metrics such as ATV, UPT, conversion, and productivity
* Use data and insight to inform trading decisions and identify growth opportunities
3. Customer Experience & Brand Standards
* Create an environment where customer engagement, retention, and loyalty thrive
* Set and uphold strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
* Implement customer feedback loops and respond to opportunities for improvement
4. Strategic Retail Leadership
* Build and communicate clear retail strategies aligned to the broader business direction
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and execution
* Represent retail in key forums and act as a connector between stores and head office
5. Operational Excellence
* Ensure consistency across all store operations, policies, and compliance standards
* Lead initiatives across stock management, WHS, rostering, and team training
* Create and maintain a positive, high-performance culture grounded in accountability

About You
* Proven experience in national or large-scale retail leadership (10+ years)
* Strong history of launching new store formats or leading major expansion projects
* Commercially astute and data-driven, with a deep understanding of retail metrics
* Passionate about customer experience, visual merchandising, and team development
* Collaborative leader who brings energy, clarity, and confidence to a growing team
* Multi-brand management experience is highly desirable
